Junior PPC Manager

Hiring: Junior PPC Manager (Amazon / Google Ads) | Remote We are a fast-scaling B2C Private Label company operating in pet supplies, beauty, and supplements across Amazon (US & Canada) and other e-commerce platforms. With a portfolio of 400+ SKUs and a team of 40+ specialists, we focus on data-driven growth and long-term brand development. We are currently looking for a Junior PPC Manager who is ready to take ownership of campaign execution, work deeply with data, and grow into a strong performance marketer within our team. What you’ll be doing: * Launching and managing Amazon Ads / Google Ads campaigns * Executing daily operational tasks inside advertising accounts * Monitoring and improving key performance metrics (ACOS, CTR, CPC, etc.) * Working with large datasets and identifying growth opportunities * Preparing structured reports and performance insights * Collaborating with internal teams and following established processes What we expect: * 1+ year of hands-on experience with Amazon PPC or Google Ads * Clear understanding of PPC mechanics and campaign structure * Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel (data handling is essential) * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail * English level B1+ (working level) * Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian * Readiness to work full-time with no side projects Working environment: * Fully remote, full-time role * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time) * Structured processes and clear performance expectations * Access to professional tools (Helium10, Keepa, etc.) * Team of experienced Amazon specialists with a strong performance culture Compensation: * $1000–1300 depending on experience * Trial period (2 months): $1000 * Salary review after probation based on performance Application: If you are looking for a role where you can build strong PPC expertise and grow within a performance-driven team, send your CV via Telegram: @ksenia_hrpik
