Keycloak Support Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring | Keycloak Support Engineer – Riyadh, KSA ⭐ Female candidates are encouraged to apply and will be given priority for this position. We are looking for a skilled Keycloak Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is focused on supporting, monitoring, and maintaining Keycloak in production environments, with familiarity in backend development, scripting, and operational activities. 📋 About the Role: The ideal candidate understands how Keycloak behaves in real production systems — sessions, tokens, caches, clusters — and can keep authentication and authorization services running reliably while supporting cross-functional teams. 📌 What You'll Do: • Monitor Keycloak health, logs, and metrics across production environments • Diagnose and resolve production issues: login failures, token validation errors, session timeouts, and redirect issues • Manage multiple Keycloak environments (dev/test/UAT/prod): realms, clients, scopes, roles, groups, and users • Handle realm export/import, configuration migration, and environment promotions • Tune token lifespans, session timeouts, and caching behavior (Infinispan) • Support Keycloak deployments and version upgrades on Docker and/or Kubernetes • Manage client secrets, certificates, and key rotation • Support SSO, logout propagation, and session revocation • Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, mobile, and security teams on IAM-related activities • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot where needed • Secure APIs using Spring Security integrated with Keycloak 🎯 What We're Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience in backend development or support with Java • Hands-on operational experience with Keycloak in production environments • Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT • Familiarity with Spring Boot & Spring Security • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes deployments • Knowledge of SQL databases • Scripting and monitoring skills for support activities • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 📩 Interested?
