-- HIRING Korea-Indonesia MTCRC -- Full Time Position (WFO) General Affairs Staff – Interpreter Work Location : Jakarta Office (BRIN Gatot Subroto) JOB SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as interpreter (Korean – English – Indonesian) for the Director in meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Translate company documents (reports, correspondence, etc.) between Korean and English - Accompany the Director in meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring effective communication - Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule (meetings, business trips, daily agenda) - Support general administrative and secretarial tasks as required QUALIFICATIONS - Fluent in Korean (minimum TOPIK Level 5) and able to translate formal documents - Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major, preferably Korean Language/Korean Studies, Marine Science, Fisheries, or Oceanography - Able to write formal documents in a clear, accurate, and structured manner - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) - Prior experience as a Korean translator is highly preferred; experience in Korean companies is a plus - Not currently applying for or waiting for S2/S3 scholarship results - Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
