This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and deep experience in large-scale IT environments. 💼 Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop & execute the project plan for WIC MIS requirements documentation ✔ Perform business analysis & gap analysis of current system vs. federal/state/program needs ✔ Translate existing MIS functionality into clear, actionable system requirements ✔ Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with SMEs & leadership ✔ Track milestones, manage risks, and report project status ✔ Obtain stakeholder sign-off on requirements & priorities ✔ Guide team members in system analysis and documentation ✅ Required Experience (10+ Years) 🔹 Business analysis – requirements elicitation & documentation 🔹 Project management frameworks & methodologies 🔹 Large-scale IT operations & industry trends 🔹 Functional & system requirements definition 🔹 Regulatory/system functionality documentation accuracy 🔹 Strong stakeholder management, negotiation & conflict resolution ⭐ Preferred Qualifications 🔸 Government / regulatory / compliance project experience (5+ yrs) 🔸 Project management & team leadership experience 🔸 Policy interpretation → system requirements translation 🔸 MIS requirements gathering in large organizations 🔸 RFP / solicitation / contract requirements creation 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (relevant field) 📜 PMI-PBA or CBAP certification – a big plus SEND RESUMES AT - [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
