#Hiring #AzureDevOps #DevOpsLead #CloudEngineering #TechHiring Role: Lead DevOps Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in DevOps / CI-CD) Work Mode: Contractual (Hybrid- Onsite) We are looking for a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to drive the architecture, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in high-availability environments. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Spinnaker, Nexus/Artifactory Lead build, deployment, and release management processes Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines for performance and reliability Handle production issues, RCA, and escalation management Define and track KPIs for operational excellence Automate infrastructure using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or similar tools Manage multi-environment setups (Dev, Staging, Demo, Production) Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate workflows Build dashboards, reporting scripts, and operational insights Administer JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem Ensure scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery readiness Required Skills: Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation Hands-on expertise in Jenkins, Git, Ansible Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture Cloud expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP Strong programming in Golang / Java and scripting in Python / Shell / PowerShell / Perl Experience in infrastructure automation & configuration management Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and dashboard tools Experience in database upgrades and backup management (AWS preferred) Strong shell scripting and automation skills Leadership & Behavioral Skills: Proven experience in leading DevOps teams Strong incident and escalation management skills Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities Strong communication and project delivery focus Good to Have: Knowledge of Scalability, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) Experience with large-scale Kubernetes orchestration Interested candidates can share their profiles at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #DevOpsJobs #AzureJobs #CloudCareers #HiringNow #TechLeadership
