Feel free to contact me Email: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] Hiring: Lead Engineer – Oracle Xstore (POS) | Retail Tech | Foot Locker Location: Dallas, TX Only W2 We’re looking for a Lead Engineer with strong Oracle Xstore expertise to drive modernization of our global POS platform and build scalable, resilient retail systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead Xstore development, upgrades, and platform modernization • Improve configuration frameworks, scalability, and system resilience • Drive observability (logs, metrics, alerts) and operational excellence • Ensure global compliance (tax, fiscalization, privacy) • Partner with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers 🔹 Must Have • 7+ years experience with Oracle Xstore (POS & Back Office) • Strong Java + REST APIs + distributed systems • Experience in upgrades, patching, and platform migrations • Deep understanding of retail POS operations & store systems • Proven leadership in large-scale technical initiatives 🔹 Nice to Have • Global POS deployments & compliance experience • Store networking, offline/failover strategies • Automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
