Lead Product Designer and Lead Brand & Marketing Designer wanted!! Lead Product Designer with strong Figma design systems experience for an AI Consultancy. Description: Help mature an existing design system for a Telecommunications company, building and refining atomic components in Figma, remediating hardcoded values against a token architecture, documenting specs for engineering handoff, and consolidating variants across a multi-market platform (web + mobile). Good to have: Deep Figma fluency (variables, component architecture, auto-layout at scale). Solid experience working with or building token-driven design systems (W3C DTCG / Style Dictionary / similar). Comfortable sitting between design and engineering, translating decisions into implementable specs. Accessibility documentation (WCAG 2.1 AA). LLM/AI-assisted design workflows.
