Lead WordPress Developer & Elementor Specialist (Long-term Partnership) Exclusive Web Marketing is seeking a dedicated, high-level WordPress Developer to take full ownership of our web ecosystem. We are not looking for a temporary contractor or a "task-taker." We are looking for a foundational team member—a proactive problem solver who views web development through the lens of both technical excellence and strategic design. As our Lead Developer, you will be responsible for the health, performance, and evolution of our digital assets. You will lead ongoing development projects, optimize user experiences, and ensure our infrastructure is both scalable and secure. Key Responsibilities Ecosystem Management: Full-scale maintenance, security, and optimization of our WordPress environments. Advanced Development: Building high-converting, responsive landing pages and complex web structures using Elementor. Design Integration: Implementing foundational design principles (typography, hierarchy, whitespace) to ensure a premium aesthetic across all platforms. Proactive Troubleshooting: Identifying potential bottlenecks, plugin conflicts, or performance issues before they impact the user experience. Strategic Optimization: Constantly auditing site speed, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness to maintain peak performance. Candidate Requirements Individual Excellence: We are strictly seeking individual freelancers. Agencies will not be considered. Proven Expertise: Deep, high-level experience with WordPress core, Elementor Pro, and the broader WordPress plugin landscape. Design Mindset: A sophisticated understanding of UI/UX principles. You should know why a design works, not just how to build it. Communication & Ownership: You must be a proactive communicator who provides updates, suggests improvements, and takes full accountability for project timelines.
