Legal Assistant

I am BUSY and need more help outside of the regular crew. This is ideal for a law student who wants to actually get into these practice areas, a lawyer who may be looking for freelance work, or a freelance paralegal. I'm very good about outlining what I need and assigning deadlines so my folks don't have to over-think about the easy stuff. Main need is help with my IP clients and contract review/drafting. The rest of the areas come in regularly but it's easy to catch on. Prefer someone who knows IP or business and can just run with it, while asking me questions, but they know the basics.
