CRG's LATAM division, LATAM Growth & Sustainability, is expanding. We are looking to connect with freelance management consultants based in Latin America who are fluent in English, and have prior experience at top-tier or large consulting firms. What we are looking for: - Former Big 4, MBB, or leading regional consulting firm experience - Strong background in strategy, operations, or growth - Ability to support both internal initiatives and external client engagements - Experience working across Latin America and the broader Americas - Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in English This is a flexible, project-based opportunity with exposure to high-impact internal work and client-facing projects.
