🚨 We’re Hiring | Business Translator (Mandarin Speaker) A leading multinational company in the nickel mining industry is currently seeking a highly capable and professional individual to join their growing operations team as: 🔹 Business Translator 📍 North Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 🕒 Contract-Based Employment 🏢 On-site Working Arrangement This role will serve as a strategic liaison between Chinese executive management and Indonesian operational stakeholders, supporting business communication, contract coordination, executive interpretation, and cross-border project execution within a dynamic mining environment. ✨ Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional Mandarin–Indonesian/English interpretation during executive meetings, negotiations, and project discussions • Translate and review business contracts, legal agreements, technical reports, and operational documents • Conduct market and regulatory research related to the mining industry and government policies • Support management in monitoring business targets, KPIs, and operational progress • Participate in negotiation processes and monitor contract implementation • Act as a communication bridge between management, site operations, external partners, and government stakeholders • Ensure all bilingual communications maintain professionalism, accuracy, and cultural understanding ✅ Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major • Minimum 3 years of experience in business translation, cross-border coordination, or contract management within Chinese companies • Prior exposure to mining, construction, or industrial projects is highly preferred • Strong understanding of legal terminology, business communication, and corporate documentation • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment • Near-native Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5/6 or equivalent) and professional English communication skills are mandatory 🌟 This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in multinational industrial environments and want to contribute directly to large-scale strategic projects within Indonesia’s growing mining sector.
