Key Requirements:
High School or equivalent
Native fluency in English + Mandarin (HSK4/5, Grad/Masters, or Native; OCI if non-Indian citizen) or French (B2+ certification, Grad/Masters, or Native; OCI if non-Indian citizen)
Strong cultural knowledge, listening/note-taking skills, neutrality
Comfortable with rotational shifts (incl. nights), 5 days/week (2 rotational off)
Responsibilities:
Handle live calls from US helplines
Accurate interpretation maintaining tone, grammar, & cultural nuances

Mandarin: Up to 11 LPA | French: Up to 7.87 LPA
