Manual QA Tester

#UrgentRequirement( w2) Role: Manual QA Tester Location: Chicago, IL (Remote) Duration: long term Experience : 5 to 7 We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manual QA Tester to join our team and support testing across SaaS applications, enterprise systems, and financial reporting platforms. #Key Responsibilities: • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across enterprise systems • Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios • Validate data flows across ERP systems and reporting platforms • Conduct source-to-target data validation and transformation checks • Test and validate Power BI dashboards (filters, drill-downs, aggregations, accuracy) • Reconcile reports with ERP/source systems to ensure data integrity • Manage defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support UAT and work closely with business stakeholders • Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, releases #Ideal Candidate: • Strong experience in manual QA testing • Hands-on with ERP systems, financial data validation, and reporting • Experience in data integration testing & reconciliation • Familiarity with Power BI reporting validation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #Hiring #QA #ManualTesting #DataTesting #ERP #PowerBI #RemoteJobs #QualityAssurance #Agile #TestingJobs
