Manual QA Tester

Manual QA Tester (1–2 years experience) Location: Work from Home (initially) / Gurgaon Timings: Monday to Friday (CST) – 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST About the Role Knowella AI is looking for a Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our logistics and transportation management platform. This is a hands-on role focused on validating product features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a smooth user experience across web applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to maintain high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities -Design, write, and execute test cases and scenarios -Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing -Identify, document, and track bugs (Jira or similar tools) -Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify issues -Ensure end-to-end test coverage for workflows -Perform regression testing before releases -Validate APIs using Postman (basic level) -Conduct cross-browser and responsive testing -Participate in sprint planning and release cycles -Suggest improvements to enhance product quality Technical Requirements -1–2 years of experience in manual QA/testing -Understanding of STLC, test case design, and bug lifecycle -Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.) -Basic knowledge of APIs (Postman) -Basic SQL for data validation -Strong understanding of web applications and UI/UX behavior -Attention to detail and analytical thinking -Good communication skills Good to Have -Experience with Django-based or backend-driven systems -Exposure to API testing workflows -Familiarity with Agile/Scrum -Basic understanding of automation testing -Experience with data-heavy or workflow-based products If this fits your experience, feel free to apply or reach out. #Hiring #ManualTesting #QAJobs #SoftwareTesting #HiringIndia #QAEngineer
