Elite Workforce Inc. is Hiring for Manual QA Tester
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a remote position based in Ohio available as a long-term contract. The role involves designing test scenarios, executing test cycles, and ensuring high-quality software delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Design test scenarios and create detailed test scripts
β’ Execute comprehensive test cycles including system, integration, and regression testing
β’ Track, report, and document defects with clear communication
β’ Review requirements and participate in design reviews
β’ Work effectively within Agile environments
REQUIRED SKILLS
β’ 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
β’ Proficiency with ALM Octane or similar workflow/testing tools
β’ Strong expertise in system, integration, and regression testing
β’ Experience with defect tracking, reporting, and documentation
β’ Ability to work in Agile environments
PREFERRED SKILLS
β’ Experience in Debt Collection domain
β’ Familiarity with FICO / Jonas C&R Debt Manager
