The role involves hands-on testing of messaging systems, client-specific configurations, and ensuring high-quality data processing. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of application functionality, integrations, and configurations Validate messaging connectivity across systems and ensure end-to-end data flow Test and verify data quality for client inputs and outputs Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps Execute test cases based on business and technical requirements Handle client-specific testing scenarios and nuances Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality deliverables Required Skills: Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and SDLC/STLC Experience in integration and data validation testing Knowledge of messaging systems/APIs is a plus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
