🚨 We’re Hiring: Manual Tester – Payments Domain 📍 Pune | ⏳ Experience: 3–6 Years | 💼 Full-time 🔎 Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with strong experience in the Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in testing payment applications, understanding SWIFT messages, and working across SDLC/STLC in an Agile environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Perform functional and regression testing for payment applications • Understand business requirements and create test scenarios and test cases • Work across SDLC & STLC phases ensuring quality deliverables • Validate payment message formats including SWIFT MT & MX (ISO 20022) • Execute test cases, log defects, and track them using JIRA • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders • Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Ensure SLA compliance (TAT & accuracy) in all deliverables • Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure closure • Support UAT and production validation activities 💻 Required Skills • Strong experience in Manual Testing (Functional & Regression Testing) • Good understanding of Payments domain and SWIFT messaging (MT/MX) • Hands-on experience with JIRA • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment 🌟 Good to Have • Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards • Experience in banking/payment systems testing • Exposure to test documentation and test data management • Understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycle • Experience working with global clients or BPO/KPO setup 📩 Share your CV: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #Hiring #ManualTester #PaymentsDomain #SoftwareTesting #TestingJobs #PuneJobs #SWIFT #ISO20022 #BankingJobs #QAJobs #Agile #JIRA #RegressionTesting #FunctionalTesting
