Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager & Senior Marketing Specialist Company: Ecotel Dahab Resort Ecotel Resort Dahab is looking for a talented and creative Senior Marketing Specialist / Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Job Details: Job Type: Full-time On-site Location: Cairo / Dahab Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans for the hotel and resort. Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and OTA platforms. Handle social media strategy, content creation, and performance analysis. Coordinate photo shoots, video production, and branding activities. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and hotel packages. Monitor online reputation and guest engagement across all platforms. Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue. Analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance reports. Manage collaborations with influencers, agencies, and media partners. Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing channels. Requirements: Hospitality background is a must. Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or tourism companies only. 4–7 years of experience in Marketing. Strong experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. Excellent English language skills. Ability to work between Cairo and Dahab when required. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads. Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or content creation platforms. Excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills. Strong understanding of branding and hospitality marketing trends. Creative mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Professional communication and presentation skills.
