A recently completed Aluminium PREFA Group raised seam roof system designed and installed by C&S Roofing Ltd. The client seen something similar which was known as the Black House. They put their own twist on it and I think it looks really well. This project is just outside Maynooth Co. Kildare. We installed the RENOLIT ALKORPLAN Roofing Products to the flat roof areas which were all warm roofs and this omitted any opportunity of cold bridging or moisture build up within the built system. a uvalue of 0.14 was achieved using PIR insulation whilst keeping 100mm and above upstand heights to the perimeter. Cappings and window sills were fabircated using Prefa alumniujm metal so no different colours throughout the build. rain water goods were off the shelf by prefa and Metal Processors LTD.
