Middle Office Operations Analyst

#hiring Contractor-Operations Apply here: [Upgrade to PRO to see link] Job Title: Analyst Middle Office Operations Location: Denver, CO Role Overview: The Middle Office Analyst will support daily client trade activity across a wide range of asset types, including listed equities, fixed income, and derivatives. The role is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, resolving trade discrepancies, and providing timely reporting, while maintaining a strong focus on client service and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage critical daily operational functions across the trade lifecycle, including Trade Capture, Matching, Settlement, Accounting Integration, Pricing, and Corporate Actions. Gather and verify trade information from multiple sources in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Resolve transaction discrepancies, including unmatched/failed trades, pricing issues, dividends/coupons, FX, derivatives contracts, account overdrafts, and bank wires. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients; respond to follow-up inquiries. Conduct research on complex trade or process issues and drive resolution. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational control. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, providing a high level of stakeholder management. Work may occasionally be required on holidays. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. 13 years of related financial industry experience, preferably in middle/back office operations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of various security types
