#HiringNow 🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Mobile Application Developer (iOS + Android) 📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office) 💼 Experience Required: 3+ years in mobile application development 💰 Compensation: 6–7 LPA Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Mobile Application Developer with proven experience  3+ years in building and successfully deploying mobile applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end mobile delivery process—from development to store submission, compliance, and post-release maintenance. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS (Apple) and Android Own the complete app release lifecycle, including build generation, testing, and deployment Publish and manage applications on: • Apple App Store • Google Play Store Ensure compliance with store guidelines, policies, and review requirements Handle app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, and release configurations Manage app updates, versioning, and rollout strategies (phased releases, hotfixes) Monitor app performance, crashes, and user feedback post-release Collaborate with QA, product, and backend teams for smooth releases Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and security Must Have's & Qualifications Strong experience in: • iOS Development • Android Development • OR cross-platform frameworks (React Native) Hands-on experience publishing apps on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store Deep understanding of: • App Store review guidelines & compliance policies • Play Store publishing policies Experience with: • App signing (keystores, certificates, provisioning profiles) • CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment • Version control (Git) Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with: • TestFlight for iOS beta distribution • Firebase App Distribution or similar tools Knowledge of crash analytics tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.) Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase) Experience in handling store rejections and resubmissions Any Engineering Degree.
