Motion Designer / After Effects Compositor

Posting on behalf of someone I work with: Wording: Seeking Motion Designer / After Effects Compositor for Short Film Sequence..Body text: We are looking for a motion designer / compositor experienced in Adobe After Effects to help refine and stabilise visual sequences for an independent creative film project. The work involves existing illustrated plates and short video clips. We are not seeking new illustration or character animation, but rather someone who can: – Work with supplied visual assets – Improve visual continuity and coherence – Correct minor inconsistencies where feasible – Design and execute transitions between sequences – Add subtle movement, atmosphere, depth, and light – Help unify the material into a coherent cinematic flow The style is poetic, mythic, and atmospheric, relying primarily on compositing, timing, and visual transitions rather than complex animation. This is a small independent project, so we are ideally seeking a freelancer, recent graduate, or independent motion designer rather than a full studio.
