Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead #Motion #Designer to join ETC as a core creative, transforming high-level concepts into sophisticated moving imagery! ▲We are looking for someone who brings strong creative instinct, expert motion design, animation craft and the ability to help define visual narratives across branding, campaigns, and moving image projects. The work is ambitious, varied and creative! ⚡ More specifically, you will: ▲ Collaborate with Creative Directors to shape design languages across a wide range of ETC projects, bringing a strong eye for visual storytelling, experimentation and craft! ▲ Lead the creation of high-end moving image work across multiple formats, from initial brief through to polished final output. ▲ Support and develop treatments and pitches through editorial research, image sourcing, visual direction, original concept development and the design of clear, compelling pitch decks. ▲ Bring expert-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard motion tools, with complementary skills in areas such as 3D, illustration, data visualisation, or considered use of emerging creative technologies. ▲ Mentor junior artists and contribute to the studio’s ongoing creative and technical development. 🌍 Must have the right to work in the UK 📍 Hybrid role from our London studio in Brick Lane 📩 To apply, email [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] ⚡ Please review our work before applying to ensure your style aligns!
