🚀 We're Hiring: Motion Designer (Freelance / Long-Term Opportunity) - Mexico American company is looking for a talented and technical Motion Designer to bring static designs to life through polished 2D animations. You will work with assets created by our graphic design team and transform them into high-quality motion pieces. Creative direction and layered files (.AI / .PSD) will be provided — your role is to execute efficiently and deliver production-ready animations. 🎯 Responsibilities • Animate social media ads, UI walkthroughs, logo animations, and more • Work with layered Illustrator (.ai) and Photoshop (.psd) files • Deliver final rendered motion files with high quality and fast turnaround ✅ Must-Have Skills • Advanced Adobe After Effects (Keyframing, Graph Editor, Parenting/Nulls) • Ability to prepare and adjust Illustrator files for animation • Strong attention to detail and speed in execution 📁 Production-Ready Requirements • Properly layered files (each moving element on its own layer) • Vector-based assets preferred (.AI over .PSD whenever possible) • Clean and scalable animation-ready files 🧪 Trial Period We will begin with a small paid technical test consisting of two animations based on provided assets. 🌎 Long-Term Opportunity Successful candidates may transition into an ongoing freelance partnership or recurring role. 📩 Apply via DM #MotionDesigner #AfterEffects #Animation #Freelance #Hiring #MotionGraphics #CreativeJobs #RemoteJobs #DesignJobs
