Role: 1 Motion Graphic Designer (Minimum 1-year Political experience) Location: [Hyderabad ] Experience in Telugu states preferred Language: Telugu proficiency preferred *Skills & Expertise* Create high-quality motion graphics and video content Collaborate with creative & social media teams to deliver engaging content Strong working knowledge of After Effects timelines, keyframes, masking, pre-comps, and render optimization Ability to create chart animations, number counters, lower-thirds, and text-led explainers Experience adapting the same motion asset into multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) Familiarity with compression settings and export standards for Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube etc... Role: 2 Video Editor (Minimum 1-year Political experience) Location: [Hyderabad] Experience in Telugu states preferred Language: Telugu proficiency preferred Skills & Expertise: Edit multi-cam footage with precision, including jump cuts, pacing, and dialogue clean-ups Create short clips from long footage while preserving meaning and context Handle organized project management with proper folder structures, naming conventions, and version control Practical knowledge of audio leveling, noise reduction, and subtitle timing Hands-on experience with multi-cam editing and pacing for social media platforms Lunch provided at the office Salary: Competitive, based on last drawn; open for the right candidates DM me/Call your Updated CVs and to 6303213385
