Job Description
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant with around 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Parts Management or Service Operations and a strong interest in developing deep expertise in designing and implementing robust solutions within the Customer Engagement module.
You will collaborate with senior consultants and architects to deliver innovative solutions that transform our clients’ sales, service, and spare parts operations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Implementation & Configuration
Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions focused on Parts Management and Service Operations.
Configure core CE entities, forms, business process flows, and security roles as per business requirements.
Assist in setting up parts-related processes such as Parts Cataloging, Pricing, and Requisition-to-Fulfillment workflows.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Participate in client workshops to understand and document business needs.
Translate functional requirements into detailed configuration and customization specifications.
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and user guides under senior guidance.
Integration & Data Activities
Support integration efforts between D365 CE and other systems (ERP, logistics, or e-commerce) in collaboration with technical teams.
Assist with data migration activities including mapping, validation, and testing of parts and service data.
Testing & Support
Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and troubleshooting during project delivery.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues effectively.
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Learn and adopt best practices in solution design, configuration, and client management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Around 5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
Functional Knowledge: Good understanding of key CE modules — Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
Configuration Skills: Practical experience configuring entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, business rules, and security roles.
Documentation: Ability to create and maintain functional and process documentation.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with clients and internal teams.
