Initially, you will provide high-quality translation support for the employer. As the business grows, you will also take on key administrative duties and assist in managing the team. Key Responsibilities ✔️Translation & Communication: Act as the primary language bridge, providing accurate oral and written translation between Chinese, English, and Khmer for daily operations, meetings, and negotiations. ✔️Business Support: Assist the employer with daily business affairs, document processing, and coordination. ✔️Team Management: In the later stage, take responsibility for employee recruitment, schedule management, and daily team coordination. Qualifications 🟢Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Translator or Boss Assistant. 🟢Management Skills: Possess strong organizational skills and basic management capabilities. 🟢Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese is a mandatory requirement.
