Cultural Adaptation: Understand the cultural background of the target market to ensure translations are not only linguistically accurate but also resonate with local players' cultural habits.   Requirement: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of gaming-related translation experience or 4 years in other fields, with over 500,000 words in game-related translation. Output: Average daily output of 2,500+ words. Gaming Knowledge: Strong understanding of game genres and mechanics, including knowledge of game lore and character development. Preferred: Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) experience   About Us: The ILC is dedicated to content localization for Tencent Games Global, having successfully localized over 50 games, including popular titles such as Call of Duty Mobile, Honor of Kings, PUBG Mobile, and Nikke.
