Winner Power Indonesia is seeking a skilled and experienced Mandarin – English – Indonesian Translator for our project site in OKI Sinarmas Project, Palembang. This role is essential in facilitating accurate and effective three-language communication across technical and operational contexts. The ideal candidate will support verbal and written translation needs between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian for internal teams and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide real-time oral interpretation in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian during meetings, site visits, and daily operations. - Translate technical and non-technical documents (e.g., contracts, manuals, reports, formal letters, presentations) across the three languages. - Ensure accuracy in meaning, terminology, style, and context in all translations. - Act as a communication bridge between multilingual teams to prevent miscommunication and delays. - Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support seamless project execution. - Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all language services. Requirements: - Minimum 1 years of experience as a professional translator/interpreter in construction or a related field. - Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian (spoken and written). - Minimum education: High school graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, English, or Linguistics is preferred). - Familiarity with construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) terminology is an advantage. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and translation tools is a must. - Detail-oriented, responsible, ethical, and able to work independently or in teams.
