🚀 Freelance Linguists Needed – (Intellectual Property | Trademarks) From Bulgarian, Czech, Estonian, Finnish, Croatian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Maltese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Swedish To English We are currently preparing a proposal for an upcoming EU tender and are looking to collaborate with experienced freelance linguists for a high-volume, long-term project. 🔎 Project Details Language combinations: Multiple EU languages → English (native level required) The project involves translation and/or full post-editing into English (native level required) from the following source languages: Bulgarian, Czech, Estonian, Finnish, Croatian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Maltese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Swedish Domain: Intellectual Property (EU Trade Marks – Nice Classification) Tasks: Translation and/or full post-editing (MTPE) Content: Short, structured entries (lists of goods & services) Tools: SDLXLIFF files with Translation Memory & Machine Translation Volume: Ongoing weekly batches ✅ We are looking for linguists who: Are native English speakers Have proven experience in Intellectual Property (trademarks, EUIPO, WIPO, patents, etc.) Are comfortable with MT post-editing workflows Can handle high-volume, fast-turnaround projects Work with direct language combinations (no pivot) 📄 Next Steps (for shortlisted candidates): Selected linguists will be asked to provide: CV in a specific template (Annex 9 – Europass-style) Copies of diplomas and relevant certifications Completed experience table (Annex 10 – IP focus) GDPR consent form 📩 Interested?
