Multilingual Translator

Role Description This is a remote freelance role for a Freelance Translators specializing in Spanish, French, and Portuguese languages. The role involves translating documents, ensuring grammar, accuracy, and cultural nuances are intact, adapting texts for clarity and audience, and collaborating with clients or internal teams to meet project requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining a glossary of terms, following deadlines, assisting with interpretation tasks as needed, and continuously enhancing proficiency in the assigned languages. Qualifications - Proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese, along with English or Indonesian to deliver high-quality translations. - Strong understanding of cultural nuances and context for accurate translation and interpretation. - Skills in editing, proofreading, and maintaining consistency across documents. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project teams. - Strong research skills to ensure content accuracy and relevance. - High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. - Prior translation or interpretation experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related field is a plus.
