Multimedia Designer Mode of work: Fully Onsite Location: Jackson, MS Looking for only local to Mississippi candidates - NO RELOCATION Required Skills / Experience * 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or related field * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Experience in digital photography & videography (shooting + basic editing) * Experience updating website content via CMS (Drupal or similar) * Social media content planning & managing content calendars * Strong design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout) * Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 * Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras * Basic social media strategy execution Desired / Preferred Skills * Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) * Knowledge of CommonLook (PDF accessibility remediation) * Experience with lighting & audio equipment * Digital asset management (e.g., OneDrive organization) * Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards * Web accessibility testing (screen readers, contrast checks) * Experience remediating PDFs for accessibility * Hands-on experience with Drupal (advanced usage) * Motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) * Experience in public sector / government / non-profit * Experience with social media tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Airtable) * Ability to simplify complex information into clear, user-friendly content [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] /5178580220
