Node.js Backend Developer

I’m not looking for a freelancer, I’m looking for a partner in crime. I need someone who’s solid in Node.js, Express, and backend development in general, ideally with a good understanding of logistics and operation systems. The project is a full system that includes: Admin Dashboard Client Dashboard E-commerce Platform Courier App The good news? The project is already well underway. The frontend is almost done, and the PostgreSQL database for the Admin Dashboard is already in place. What I need now is someone who is seriously strong in backend, because this is not a “come do a job and leave” kind of thing. You’ll be a real partner in the project, helping build the tech team and shape something big from the ground up. More than technical skills, I need someone whose brain is always busy thinking about solutions, architecture, and scaling ideas. Someone smart enough to truly understand the value of teamwork. Now for the non-negotiables - crazy enough to leave everything behind and build something huge together - doesn’t get bored easily - not the “sit at the café all day” type - comfortable working 10–12 hours together when needed - gets memes, movie references, and random jokes - has a looooooooong breath, because I move so fast (and yes, I literally run fast too ) - in Egypt, Giza or Cairo 🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬 Honestly, if you’re still a student but you truly know backend well, I’m totally open to that. If you’re already working in a company and fed up, but not ready to quit yet, that’s also perfectly fine.
