We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our growing team and help scale high-quality transcription and translation work globally. 📞:[Upgrade to PRO to see contact] 📍 Location: Remote ⏰ Shift: Rotational (EU / PST hours) 💻 Requirements: Own laptop + stable internet connection 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Accurately transcribe audio/video content with strong phonetic precision • Perform quality checks on transcriptions to ensure linguistic accuracy and adherence to guidelines • Develop assessments and training materials for onboarding new transcribers • Provide actionable feedback and suggest process improvements • Collaborate with US-based teams to align on timelines, priorities, and quality standards ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in translation and transcription (Norwegian) • Exceptional attention to spelling, grammar, punctuation, and non-speech elements (e.g., background sounds, laughter) • Ability to maintain high accuracy under tight deadlines • Exposure to multimedia transcription (audio/video) and linguistic QA • Familiarity with slang and/or medical terminology is a plus • Strong English proficiency 🚀 Why This Role Matters This role is critical in building a strong foundation for our transcription team.
