We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) Technical Lead who can step into a high-impact role within complex, enterprise delivery environments. 🔎 Required Experience: ✔️ 7+ years in Oracle Utilities, asset management platforms, or enterprise utility systems ✔️ 3+ years hands-on with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) ✔️ Proven experience in Technical Lead / Solution Lead roles ✔️ Experience in electric, gas, or water utilities ✔️ Experience working on large SI-led programs 🛠 Key Responsibilities: • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle WACS • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Guide development/configuration teams through delivery phases • Support integrations with ERP, GIS, mobile workforce & enterprise systems • Provide technical oversight and best-practice recommendations • Partner with stakeholders and system integrators to drive delivery success • Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions 💡 Ideal Background: • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle, maintenance & field work management workflows • Experience supporting large-scale implementations in regulated utility environments • Exposure to cloud transformation initiatives within utilities • Strong leadership presence and stakeholder communication skills If you’re a senior Oracle WACS professional ready to lead within complex utility programs, let’s connect. 📩 DM me or comment “WACS” to discuss further.
