📢 Hiring: Analyst (Order Translator) 📍 Location: UAE 🕒 Experience: 2+ Years 📡 Industry: Telecom / Unified Communications / Networking We are looking for a technically strong Analyst (Order Translator) to support business orders related to Unified Communications, MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, and LAN services. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Sales, Customers, and Technical Teams by capturing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth order processing. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✔ Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Customers & Technical Teams ✔ Capture low-level technical requirements from customers ✔ Design and present technical solutions with drawings and documentation ✔ Monitor and track order progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues ✔ Meet KPIs defined for order handling ✔ Escalate critical issues to management when required ✔ Generate detailed order reports and documentation 🔧 Technical Requirements ✔ Strong knowledge of IP & Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP) ✔ Experience with FHRP (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP) ✔ Strong understanding of Layer-2 Technologies (VLAN, VTP, 802.1Q) ✔ VPN Technologies (IPSec, DMVPN, GETVPN) ✔ Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, Syslog ✔ Experience in VoIP & Unified Communication (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, HTTP/S) ✔ Hands-on exposure to SIP Trunks, IVR, Dial Plans, Call Routing, SBC, DTMF ✔ Knowledge of SD-WAN solutions ✔ CCNA (Associate level mandatory; Professional level preferred) 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Networking or related field 2+ years of experience in VoIP, Unified Communication, Routing & Switching Strong documentation skills (MS Office, Visio, CRM tools preferred) Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to mentor junior team members 📩 Interested candidates may apply via LinkedIn or share their CV via direct message on Wats App+971-504526372.
