We are looking for a technically strong Analyst (Order Translator) to support business orders related to Unified Communications, MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, and LAN services.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Sales, Customers, and Technical Teams by capturing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth order processing.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Customers & Technical Teams
β Capture low-level technical requirements from customers
β Design and present technical solutions with drawings and documentation
β Monitor and track order progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues
β Meet KPIs defined for order handling
β Escalate critical issues to management when required
β Generate detailed order reports and documentation
π§ Technical Requirements
β Strong knowledge of IP & Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP)
β Experience with FHRP (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP)
β Strong understanding of Layer-2 Technologies (VLAN, VTP, 802.1Q)
β VPN Technologies (IPSec, DMVPN, GETVPN)
β Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, Syslog
β Experience in VoIP & Unified Communication (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, HTTP/S)
β Hands-on exposure to SIP Trunks, IVR, Dial Plans, Call Routing, SBC, DTMF
β Knowledge of SD-WAN solutions
β CCNA (Associate level mandatory; Professional level preferred)
π Qualifications
Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Networking or related field
2+ years of experience in VoIP, Unified Communication, Routing & Switching
Strong documentation skills (MS Office, Visio, CRM tools preferred)
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to mentor junior team members
