🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Paid Media Specialist | Gurgaon We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in performance marketing for product-based businesses (E-commerce). 👉 Note: This role is focused on driving sales & revenue (ROAS), not just lead generation. 📍 Role Details: Location: Gurgaon Work Model: 4 Days Work From Office + 1 Day Work From Home Working Days: 5 Days Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation: Up to ₹9 LPA 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Shopping, PMax, Search) and Meta Ads Drive online sales, revenue growth & ROAS optimization Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, AOV, Conversion Rate Work on product catalogs, feed optimization & remarketing strategies Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences & landing pages Ensure proper tracking via GA4, GTM & Pixels ✅ Key Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing (E-commerce preferred) Strong hands-on experience in product-selling campaigns (NOT lead gen) Experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max & Meta Conversion campaigns Proven track record of scaling revenue & improving ROAS Strong understanding of conversion funnels & attribution 🚫 Not a Fit If: Experience is limited to lead generation campaigns only No exposure to E-commerce / product-based businesses 📩 Apply Now: Share your CV at [[Upgrade to PRO to see contact]] or DM directly. 🔖 References Welcome Know someone who has scaled E-commerce ads profitably?
