Paid Media Specialist

We’re hiring at Moda Digital 🚀 We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join the team and work across our growing portfolio of e-commerce brands. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, knows their way around Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, and can help turn creative ideas into profitable campaigns. You’ll be working directly with me across strategy, campaign builds, testing, optimisation and reporting, helping our clients scale through a more connected growth system. What we’re looking for: • Experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads • Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing • Ability to analyse data and make clear decisions • Good eye for creative and what makes an ad convert • Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple accounts • Someone who wants to grow with an ambitious agency This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a fast-growing e-commerce growth agency and work closely with brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty and consumer products.
