Partnerships & Brand Research Assistant

We’re Hiring at  Girls I Rate As we step into our 10th year, we’re growing and we’re looking for someone exceptional to support partnerships at Girls I Rate. We are a women-led CIC championing women in music and the creative industries. Our partnerships sit at the intersection of music, women, brands and social impact and we’re ready to deepen that work. Freelance Partnerships & Brand Research Assistant Remote Project-based Immediate start This role is about more than compiling brand lists. We’re looking for someone who understands how brands align with purpose particularly those investing in women, equity, culture and meaningful social impact. Someone who understands: • How brands meet ESG, DEI and social impact commitments • How music and culture create partnership value • How our work connects to commercial objectives • How to move from research → outreach → opportunity Research is integral. Execution matters just as much. What you’ll be doing: • Researching music companies, cultural platforms and purpose-led brands • Identifying brands aligned with supporting women and creative equity • Building and managing structured pipelines in CRM • Tracking outreach clearly in Excel and CRM • Supporting partnership decks in Canva and Word • Using ChatGPT intelligently to structure research and proposals • Drafting confident, well-positioned outreach and partnership messaging independently Essential: • Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, brand research or the music industry • Strong understanding of brands supporting women and social impact • Excellent outreach writing skills • CRM experience • Strong Excel skills • Canva proficiency • Confidence using Word and ChatGPT • Commercial awareness and self-sufficiency • Available on Mondays If you care deeply about women in music and know how to build aligned, meaningful partnerships we’d love to hear from you.
