We work with ambitious brands across industries and focus on delivering real business outcomes, not vanity metrics. 🔹 Role: Performance Marketing Specialist 📍 Location: Harsh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi 🕒 Experience: 1–4 Years 🔹 What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA Build and scale full-funnel strategies Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights Collaborate with creative & web teams for better conversions 🔹 What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads Strong understanding of performance metrics & analytics Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking setup Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency Agency experience is a plus 🔹 Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Shopify / WordPress Understanding of landing page optimization (CRO) Strong creative thinking for ad strategies 🔹 Why Join Inksailor?
