π Hiring: Performance Marketing Contractor
Weβre looking for a high-level Performance Marketing Specialist to jump in and own our paid social strategy for a 1β2 month sprint (40 hours/week).
If you live and breathe Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Ads, obsess over creative hooks, and can navigate a six-figure monthly budget with your eyes closed, we want to talk.
The Mission
Youβll be "hands-on-keyboard" lead for Madison Reed, a high-growth DTC brand, responsible for:
Campaign Architecture: Full-funnel setup, pacing, and optimization to hit aggressive CPA/CAC targets.
Creative Strategy: Briefing our internal creative team and running a rigorous A/B testing roadmap (hooks, headlines, and visual formats).
Performance Analytics: Pulling insights from Google Analytics and Looker to tell the story of our growth and LTV.
Project Management: Keeping everything moving seamlessly in Monday.com and Slack.
Who You Are
The Expert: 3β5 years in Performance Marketing with at least 2 years of deep experience in Facebook Ads Manager.
DTC Native: You understand the nuances of subscription models and direct-to-consumer scaling.
Data-Driven: You donβt just report numbers; you translate raw data into actionable growth strategies.
Efficient: You can manage complex workflows and coordinate with external agency partners for tracking/QA.
