We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in driving ROI through paid campaigns, including web and mobile app promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and mobile app advertising channels (Google App Campaigns, Meta App Ads).
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and app install/conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis, specifically within real estate and construction domains.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and app install campaigns to improve performance.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and other attribution platforms.
Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile app promotion campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and app tracking tools (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer).
Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads / Meta Certifications.
Experience in real estate and construction industry marketing campaigns.
Experience with app install campaigns, in-app engagement, and conversion tracking.
Understanding of attribution models and user journey tracking.
