Performance Marketing Specialist

I'm hiring For a paid media specialist 🧙 I've been swallowed up in work lately (a great complaint), so it's time to get a second pair of hands on our campaigns. Please send the best this way! I'm looking for someone who's strong on Google and Meta Ads, and who really wants to own the work. They'll work hand in hand with me, but what I need most is someone who's committed to the client, making sure clients get actual attention, not just button clicking, really thinking about what's best for clients. Hiring is nerve-wracking, and trying to guess who's good is half the battle.
