Key responsibilities include: Executing & Scaling: Managing Meta and Google Ads (TikTok is a plus!). Optimization: Driving results based on ROAS, CAC, MER, and LTV. Creative Strategy: Testing high-performing hooks, UGC, and offers. Tracking: Ensuring precision via GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM. What They’re Looking For Experience: 3–5 years in D2C performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling campaigns. Skills: Expertise in Meta Ads (must), Google Ads, and Shopify/eCommerce platforms. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or a related field.
