🚀 Hiring for My Agency — Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce | Hybrid) We’re looking for a serious, results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing eCommerce agency and help scale brands profitably. This is NOT a beginner role. If you don’t understand ROAS, CPA, and scaling strategies — please don’t apply. What You’ll Do: * Manage & scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) * Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) * Test creatives, audiences & funnels (A/B testing) * Improve key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates * Identify winning strategies and scale them profitably What We’re Looking For: * 2+ years experience in performance marketing * Strong eCommerce experience (Shopify preferred) * Managed at least $5K–$10K/month ad spend * Strong understanding of tracking (Pixel, Conversion API, etc.) * Data-driven mindset (no guesswork) MUST APPLY WITH: * Ad account screenshots (ROAS / CPA proof) * A short explanation of a campaign you scaled * Portfolio / case studies Compensation: * Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses.
