🚀 Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist Paid Ads | E-commerce | USA Market Company: SkyCashmere SkyCashmere is hiring an experienced and performance-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a full-time role for someone who understands scaling, revenue growth, multi-account handling, and performance optimization — not just running ads. 📍 Location (Mandatory) Islamabad – Pakistan Applicants must be Islamabad-based and available for full-time in-house work after the evaluation period. 🕒 Working Hours USA Time Zone 🏠 Work Structure • First 2 months: Remote (performance evaluation phase) • After 2 months: Full-time in-house (Islamabad office) • Continuation depends strictly on performance 🚫 Not a freelance opportunity 🚫 Not a remote-only role 🚫 Part-time applicants will not be considered 🔹 Role Overview You will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid advertising activities across platforms including: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Retargeting & scaling campaigns Multi-account ad management In addition, you will oversee and manage our social media presence to ensure brand consistency and performance alignment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms Manage multiple ad accounts efficiently Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions Execute advanced targeting strategies (Interest, Lookalike, Custom Audiences, Retargeting) Manage daily ad budgets strategically Conduct A/B testing and performance experimentation Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports Social Media & Coordination Responsibilities: Manage company social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook) Ensure daily posting (Reels, creatives, promotional content) Coordinate closely with the Graphic Designer for creative requirements Guide creative direction based on ad performance insights Maintain consistency in branding and communication 🔹 Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions) ✔ Minimum 2.5+ years of e-commerce paid advertising experience ✔ Proven USA market campaign experience ✔ Strong command of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads ✔ Experience managing multiple ad accounts ✔ Strong understanding of scaling and performance marketing ✔ Excellent English communication skills ✔ Data-driven and performance-focused mindset 🚫 Beginners will not be considered 🚫 Non-ecommerce profiles will not be considered 🚫 Candidates without proven results will not be shortlisted 💰 Salary Package Market competitive (Aligned with experience, expertise, and performance level) 📩 How to Apply Send your CV on WhatsApp: 📱 0311-8120088 👉 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #HiringIslamabad #PerformanceMarketing #SeniorDigitalMarketer #MetaAds #GoogleAds #EcommerceMarketing #PaidAdsSpecialist
