Hiring β Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign budgets, optimize ROI, and improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
Handle PPC campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and A/B testing.
Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Support SEO activities to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, KPIs, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Develop remarketing, email marketing, and promotional campaigns to improve customer retention and engagement.
Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Analytics.
Good knowledge of SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
