We are a leading Real Estate Development company, and we’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist & Video Editor to join our growing team and be the driving force behind our lead generation success. 🎯 Key Responsibilities (Performance Marketing Specialist): * Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for lead generation * Set up and manage tracking systems to measure campaign performance * Optimize funnels and CRM to improve lead quality * Run A/B testing on creatives and ad copy to boost results * Provide weekly reports on performance (Spend, CPL, Lead quality) 🎬 Key Responsibilities ( Video Editor) : * Plan and execute on-site shoots (including drone footage) * Create high-retention videos for ads and social media (Reels/YouTube style) * Handle full post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, captions) * Deliver multiple versions of content (short & long formats) * Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and project aesthetics What We Need: • 2–4 years of Lead Gen experience . • Expertise in Ads Manager, GTM, and Analytics.
