🚀 Hiring: Performance Test Engineer (QA Tester) | Michigan (Hybrid) 📍 Location: Okemos or Farmington Hills, MI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, moving to 4 days/week from Summer 2026) 🛂 Work Authorization: USC / GC Only 🎯 Interview: 1st Round Onsite (Mandatory) 🔧 What We Need: ✔ Strong experience in Performance Testing (Load, Stress, Soak) ✔ Hands-on expertise with JMeter (test scripting & execution) ✔ Experience with Dynatrace (monitoring, diagnostics, RCA) ✔ Knowledge of Kubernetes (autoscaling, performance tuning) ✔ Experience integrating testing in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket) ✔ Strong skills in SQL (query tuning) and Linux (scripting, monitoring) ✔ Experience in capacity planning & infrastructure analysis ✔ Ability to perform root cause analysis at service/component level ✔ Strong collaboration with Dev, Ops, and DevOps teams ✔ Experience with performance dashboards and reporting 📌 Important Notes: ⚠️ Preference for Michigan-based candidates ⚠️ Open to candidates willing to relocate permanently ⚠️ No remote option available ⚠️ Strong onsite commitment required 📩 Interested candidates, feel free to connect or share your profiles!
