Performance Tester

We’re Hiring: Performance Tester (LoadRunner & JMeter Expert) – Columbus, OH (Onsite | Contract | Local Preferred) We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester for an onsite contract opportunity. This role requires 5 days onsite in Columbus, OH. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner and JMeter are highly encouraged to apply. Apply / Share Profiles: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] Key Responsibilities: • Work across the Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC) • Design, develop, and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests • Develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter • Execute tests and analyze results to identify system bottlenecks • Perform SQL query tuning and performance optimization • Apply JVM tuning techniques to improve application performance • Use profiling tools to analyze CPU, memory, and thread-level issues • Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk • Analyze performance metrics from AWS CloudWatch, SQL Monitor, App Insights • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams • Prepare performance test reports and provide tuning recommendations
